Monday, November 13th, 2023 3:28 pm

Players can earn extra experience points for a limited time.

The next Pokemon Go Spotlight Hour event will take place on November 14, 2023 from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. local time.

During this event, Buneary will appear more frequently than normal in the wild and players will receive two times the normal number of experience points when evolving Pokemon.

Buneary is a Normal-type Pokemon from the fourth generation of the Pokemon universe. In Pokemon Go, you can evolve Buneary into Lopunny using 50 Buneary Candy.

Shiny Buneary is available in Pokemon Go. Shiny Buneary is brown and pink, rather than brown and cream.

To make the most of this week’s Spotlight Hour event, remember that you can activate an Incense to attract wild Pokemon to your location for a limited time. This will give you more Buneary to encounter and more chances to potentially find a Shiny one.

You can also activate a Lucky Egg to double the number of experience points you receive when completing in-game actions for a limited time. This Lucky Egg bonus will stack with the Spotlight Hour bonus, allowing you to earn lots of experience points for each Pokemon you evolve during this event.

Following this week’s Spotlight Hour event, two more of these events are scheduled to take place in November 2023. Here’s the schedule:

  • November 21, 2023 – Dunsparce will appear more frequently than normal in the wild and players will receive two times the normal amount of Stardust when catching Pokemon.
  • November 28, 2023 – Lechonk will appear more frequently than normal in the wild and players will receive two times the normal number of experience points when catching Pokemon.
