Description: Doo doo, doo doo doo doo!

Outright Games, the company behind kid-friendly video games like Peppa Pig: World Adventures and DC’s Justice League Cosmic Chaos, revealed Baby Shark: Sing & Swim Party, a rhythm adventure game inspired by Pinkfong’s massively popular Baby Shark children’s series.

In Baby Shark: Sing & Swim Party, players will help the Shark family travel across the ocean to the Fin-tastic Festival. Players will be able to visit seven locations from the Baby Shark series, including Tropical Bay, Ocean City, and the Kingdom of the Deep. Along the way, they’ll be able to listen to 30 songs from the series, such as “Baby Shark,” “Disco Sharks,” and “Shark Dance Party.”

Baby Shark: Sing & Swim Party will support single-player gameplay, as well as cooperative multiplayer gameplay for up to four people in the same room. The game will feature multiple playable characters: Baby Shark, Mommy Shark, Daddy Shark, Grandma Shark, and Grandpa Shark.

Baby Shark: Sing & Swim Party will feature two kinds of gameplay. In Rhythm stages, players will be asked to press the correct button as prompts move across the screen in time with the music. In Runner levels, players will be asked to move their character left and right across the screen as it swims forward in order to collect stars and avoid obstacles.

The game will feature music from multiple genres, like reggae, rock, and orchestral music. It will also feature content inspired by worldwide cultures and festivals, such as Día de los Santos.

As players make their way through the game, they’ll be able to collect cards and stickers, as well as costumes for the Shark family.

According to a press release, Baby Shark: Sing & Swim Party will help littles “develop their psychomotor skills through rhythmic gameplay and a gradual difficulty curve.” The game will feature voice acting and narration for in-game dialogue, location names, and tutorials, so kids won’t be required to know how to read to play the game.

Baby Shark: Sing & Swim Party will be released on Switch, PlayStation consoles, Xbox consoles, and PC on September 15, 2023. The game is rated E for Everyone by the ESRB.
