Players can also claim free Poke Balls in the open-world adventure game.

Pokemon Legends: Arceus was released in January 2022. The open-world adventure game takes players to the Hisui region of the Pokemon universe, where they’ll embark on a journey to create the region’s first Pokedex. (You can learn more about the game in our review.)

As part of The Pokemon Company’s Pokemon Day festivities on February 27, a free update was released for Pokemon Legends: Arceus called Daybreak.

The Daybreak update will allow players to investigate “mysterious mass outbreaks of Pokémon that are popping up all over the Hisui region.” The update will also allow players to compete in new battles with Legendary Pokemon and the game’s wardens.

To help players on their journey through the Hisui region, The Pokemon Company is giving players a free bundle of 30 Ultra Balls, 30 Gigaton Balls, and 30 Jet Balls, which they can claim through the Mystery Gifts menu in Pokemon Legends: Arceus.

To claim these free items, players can enter the password ARCEUSADVENTURE on the Mystery Gifts menu in Pokemon Legends: Arceus. This gift will be available to claim until March 31, 2022.

Pokemon Legends: Arceus is available on Switch for $59.99. The game is rated E for Everyone by the ESRB.
