Pokemon Go Kalos Celebration Event Timed Research Tasks Guide

Trainers, the Kalos Celebration event has officially kicked off in Pokemon Go! With this event, the first set of Pokemon from the Kalos region of the Pokemon universe has been added to the game, allowing you to collect pocket monsters like Fletchling, Chespin, Chesnaught, and Fennekin, among others.

This Kalos Celebration event will run from December 2 at 10 a.m. local time until December 8 at 10 p.m. local time. To see everything that’s happening during this event, check out our previous coverage.

During this Kalos Celebration, trainers can complete a series of Timed Research tasks to receive a variety of in-game rewards, including Mega Energy, experience points, and more.

According to Leek Duck, here’s what these tasks ask you to do, and the rewards you’ll receive for completing them!

Kalos Celebration Event Part 1

• Transfer 5 Pokemon – 10 Poke Balls
• Catch a Fletchling – 600 Experience Points
• Give Your Buddy 3 Treats – 600 Stardust

Final Rewards: 15 Charizard Mega Energy, 500 Stardust, and 800 experience points when all three tasks are completed

Kalos Celebration Event Part 2

• Power Up Pokemon 5 Times – 10 Poke Balls
• Catch a Litleo – 5 Hyper Potions
• Use 5 Berries to Help Catch Pokemon – 5 Revives

Final Rewards: 15 Charizard Mega Energy, 500 Stardust, and 800 experience points when all three tasks are completed

Kalos Celebration Event Part 3

• Catch 10 Pokemon – 10 Poke Balls
• Catch a Chespin – 30 Venusaur Mega Energy
• Make 5 Nice Throws – 10 Nanab Berries

Final Rewards: 15 Charizard Mega Energy, 750 Stardust, and 1,000 experience points when all three tasks are completed

Kalos Celebration Event Part 4

• Catch 15 Pokemon – 10 Poke Balls
• Catch a Fennekin – 30 Charizard Mega Energy
• Make 7 Nice Throws – 10 Razz Berries

Final Rewards: 15 Charizard Mega Energy, 750 Stardust, and 1,000 experience points when all three tasks are completed

Kalos Celebration Event Part 5

• Catch 20 Pokemon – 15 Poke Balls
• Catch a Froakie – 30 Blastoise Mega Energy
• Make 7 Great Throws – 10 Pinap Berries

Final Rewards: 15 Charizard Mega Energy, 750 Stardust, and 1,000 experience points when all three tasks are completed

Kalos Celebration Event Part 6

• Automatically Completed Task – 1,000 Experience Points
• Automatically Completed Task – 1,000 Experience Points
• Automatically Completed Task – 1,000 Experience Points

Final Rewards: 1 Lucky Egg, 1,000 Stardust, and 2,000 experience points when all three tasks are completed
