Stock up on Stardust!

Trainers, the final Pokemon Go Spotlight Hour event for June 2021 will take place on June 29 from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. local time.

During this one-hour event, Aipom will appear more frequently than normal in the wild, and you’ll receive two times the normal amount of Stardust when catching Pokemon.

Aipom is a Normal-type Pokemon from the second generation of the Pokemon universe. In Pokemon Go, you can evolve Aipom into Ambipom using 100 Aipom Candy and a Sinnoh Stone.

Shiny Aipom is available in Pokemon Go. Shiny Aipom is pink, rather than purple.

To make the most of this week’s event, remember that you can activate an Incense to attract wild Pokemon to your location for a limited time. This will give you more Aipom to encounter and more chances to potentially find a Shiny one. Plus, you can activate a Star Piece to earn 50 percent more Stardust for a limited time. This will allow you to earn even more Stardust for each pocket monster you capture during this event.

Keep checking back with SuperParent, as we’ll bring you details about all of the events happening in Pokemon Go in July 2021 as soon as they’re revealed.
