Here's your chance to stock up on Pokemon Candy!
Trainers, the next Pokemon Go Spotlight Hour event is scheduled to take place on January 18, 2022 from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. local time.
During this event, Plusle will appear more frequently than normal in the wild, and players will receive two times the normal number of Pokemon Candy when catching Pokemon.
Plusle is an Electric-type Pokemon from the third generation of the Pokemon universe. It doesn’t evolve.
Shiny Plusle is available in Pokemon Go. Shiny Plusle has slightly darker coloring than normal Plusle.
To make the most of this week’s event, remember that you can activate an Incense to attract wild Pokemon to your location for a limited time. This will give you more Plusle to encounter and more chances to potentially find a Shiny one.
Plus, you can toss Pinap Berries at Pokemon to earn even more Pokemon Candy when catching them during this event. This Pinap Berry bonus will stack with the Spotlight Hour bonus, allowing you to earn lots of Pokemon Candy for each Pokemon you capture during this event.
Following this week’s event, there’s still one more Spotlight Hour scheduled to take place in January 2022. Minun will be the featured Pokemon during the Spotlight Hour event on January 25.
