Monday, August 30th, 2021 7:50 am

Now's the time to evolve lots of Pokemon.

Trainers, the final Pokemon Go Spotlight Hour event in August 2021 is set to take place on August 31 from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. local time.

During this event, Wooloo will appear more frequently than normal in the wild, and you’ll receive two times the normal number of experience points for evolving Pokemon.

Wooloo is a Normal-type Pokemon from the eighth generation of the Pokemon universe. In Pokemon Go, you can evolve Wooloo into Dubwool using 50 Wooloo Candy.

As of this writing, Shiny Wooloo is not available in Pokemon Go.

To make the most of this week’s Spotlight Hour event, remember that you can activate an Incense to attract wild Pokemon to your location for a limited time. This will give you more Wooloo to encounter and more chances so stock up on Wooloo Candy.

September is right around the corner, and it will also feature a series of weekly Spotlight Hour events. The first will take place on September 7 with Spoink as the featured Pokemon.
