Pikmin Bloom 2022 Holiday Event Features Mitten Decor Pikmin

The 2022 Holiday event has kicked off in Pikmin Bloom!

This event will run from midnight local time on December 12, 2022 until 11:59 p.m. local time on December 25, 2022.

During this event, players will be able to complete tasks to receive Gold Seedlings that will grow into “Mitten” Decor Pikmin. There are three kinds of Mitten Decor Pikmin available to collect: Red, Yellow, and Blue.

This Holiday event has 10 tasks for players to complete, and if players can complete them all before the event ends, they’ll be guaranteed to receive all three colors of Mitten Decor Pikmin.

According to Reddit user Pikabub-Plays, here are what these first eight tasks ask players to do:

1. Plant 3,000 Flowers
2. Plant 5,000 White Flowers
3. Plant 5,000 Yellow Flowers
4. Plant 5,000 Red Flowers
5. Plant 5,000 Blue Flowers
6. Defeat 5 Mushrooms
7. Plant 4,000 Cyclamen
8. Plant 5,000 White Cyclamen

Players can also collect Gold Seedlings that will grow into Mitten Decor Pikmin by completing Weekly Challenges during this event.

In addition, a player can receive a Gold Seedling that grows into a Mitten Decor Pikmin each time someone joins Pikmin Bloom using their referral code during this event.

Finally, on the Pikmin Bloom website, Niantic, the developer of Pikmin Bloom, said postcards collected by a player’s Pikmin during this event “will feature a special Holiday design.”
