Story of Seasons Pioneers of Olive Town: How to Get a Pet

Tuesday, March 23rd, 2021 12:04 am

You can adopt a variety of cats and dogs.

In Story of Seasons: Pioneers of Olive Town, players can raise a variety of animals on their farm. This includes livestock animals like cows and chickens, as well as pets (cats and dogs).

Before you can adopt your first pet in Pioneers of Olive Town, you’ll need to upgrade your tent into a Log Cabin. Once that’s done, you can adopt a single pet.

When you’re ready to buy a cat or dog, head to the Animal Shop and tell Bridget you want to buy a pet. From there, you can browse the wide selection of available cats and dogs, which range in price from 2,000 – 3,000 gold each.

After you purchase a pet, you’ll be able to name it before it’s sent to your farm.

While you can only adopt a single pet at first, as you expand your house, you’ll be able to adopt additional cats and dogs.

Whenever you’re ready to add a new furry friend to your family, just return to the Animal Shop and tell Bridget you want to buy a pet! And that’s all there is to it! Have fun with your new cuddly companion!

It may take you quite a while to reach the point where you can own multiple pets in Pioneers of Olive Town. That being the case, you may want to check out the ChargePlay Clutch from HyperX. It can extend your device’s battery life so you can play Pioneers of Olive Town (and other Switch games) for a longer period of time before having to charge your Switch. Head over to HyperX’s website to learn more about the ChargePlay Clutch and the company’s other Switch accessories.
