The event is inspired by Roblox’s past.
The Classic limited-time event has kicked off in Roblox, encouraging users to complete activities across a variety of participating experiences for the chance to claim virtual rewards.’
The Classic event runs from May 23-28, 2024. During this time, Roblox users can visit 15 participating Roblox experiences and complete event-themed challenges in those experiences to earn a currency called Tokens. Users can also find a second currency, Tix, hidden throughout each participating experience.
As Roblox users collect Tokens and Tix, they can return to The Classic hub experience and redeem those currencies for exclusive avatar items and other event-themed rewards. For instance, the “Ancient Deity Shawl” avatar item can be unlocked using five Tokens, while the “Agonizingly Happy Bucket” avatar item can be unlocked using 10 Tokens.
Players can also complete quests in The Classic hub to receive additional Tokens and Tix.

The experiences featured during The Classic event have age ratings ranging from “All Ages” to “Ages 9+,” meaning some experiences, like Gunfight Arena, for instance, may not be appropriate for younger players.
