New jogging options will let you exercise without worrying about battling.

Ring Fit Adventure has a new rhythm game mode that lets you take a break from running and battling to listen to some Nintendo music while you exercise.

The rhythm game mode will allow you to work out to 17 different tracks taken from games like Super Mario Odyssey, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, and Splatoon 2.

During each song, you’ll need to perform a variety of actions to match symbols that appear on the screen in time to the music. For instance, you may be asked to push or pull on the Ring-Con, squat to work out your legs, or even twist your core with the Ring-Con pressed against your stomach.

In addition to this new rhythm mode, Ring Fit Adventure now offers new jogging options in the game’s Custom and Quick Play modes. These allow you to exercise as you explore in-game environments without having to battle against enemies in the path.

Finally, you can now choose a female voice option for Ring, as well as choose from different languages for the game’s voice acting.

These features are available as part of a free update for Ring Fit Adventure that you can download now on the Switch.
