Fans can see the Pokemon in action in a new video.
As spotted by Serebii.net, The Pokemon Company revealed one of the new Pokemon players will be able to encounter in Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet on Nintendo Switch: Grafaiai.
Grafaiai is a Normal- and Poison-type Pokemon. The official Pokemon Twitter account shared more details about Grafaiai:
“This Pokémon specializes in using its poisonous saliva—which changes color depending on what the Pokémon eats—to attack foes by spitting at them or by slashing at them after coating its claws with the saliva.”
Grafaiai is one of many new Pokemon players will be able to discover in Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet. Some of the other Pokemon that have been revealed include the Fairy-type Puppy Pokemon Fidough, the Ice-type Terra Whale Pokemon Cetitan, and Paldean Wooper, the Poison- and Ground-type version of Wooper that’s only found in the Paldea region. The Paldea region is the setting for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet.
Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet will be released on Nintendo Switch on November 18, 2022. The games are rated E for Everyone by the ESRB. You can learn more about the games in our previous coverage.
