Pokemon Go Tour: Johto Will Feature Five Rotating Habitats and New Music

Niantic, the developer of Pokemon Go, has revealed new details about the Pokemon Go Tour: Johto event that will take place on February 26, 2022.

This partially ticketed event will feature five rotating habitats that are inspired by locations in the Johto region of the Pokemon universe. Each habitat will be featured during two hourly blocks on February 26.

On the Pokemon Go website, Niantic said, “You can look forward to different Pokémon appearing during each habitat’s featured times, and you’ll need to experience them all if you want to catch all the featured Pokémon!”

Here’s the schedule:

• 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. local time – New Bark Town
• 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. local time – Violet City
• 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. local time – National Park
• 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. local time – Goldenrod City
• 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. local time – Mt. Silver
• 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. local time – New Bark Town
• 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. local time – Violet City
• 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. local time – National Park
• 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. local time – Goldenrod City
• 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. local time – Mt. Silver

Following these hourly blocks, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. local time on February 26, Pokemon from all five habitats will have the chance to appear in the wild.

Finally, three new pieces of music composed by Junichi Masuda will be played in Pokemon Go during the Pokemon Go Tour: Johto event. Players will be able to listen to the music on the game’s map screen, while catching Pokemon, and while battling Go Gym Trainers at PokeStops.
