You'll need to catch eight different Pokemon.
The Pokemon Go Tour: Johto event has started in certain areas around the world! This event will take place on February 26 from 9 a.m. local time to 9 p.m. local time. (You can learn more about the event in our previous coverage.)
As part of the Pokemon Go Tour: Johto festivities, players who purchase a ticket for the event can complete 10 different Collection Challenges in order to earn a variety of rewards. One of these Collection Challenges is related to the Violet City time periods, which will run from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. local time, and from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. local time on February 26.
The Violet City Collection Challenge will ask players to catch Pokemon that will have the chance to appear in the wild during the Violet City time periods.
According to Serebii.net, the Violet City Collection Challenge will require players to catch eight Pokemon:
If you haven’t completed this Collection Challenge by 4 p.m. local time on February 26, keep in mind that pocket monsters from all five rotating habitats will have the chance to appear from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. local time on February 26.
According to Serebii.net, if players complete this Violent City Collection Challenge, they’ll receive an Incense, 15 Great Balls, and an encounter with Togetic as a reward.
