Complete tasks to receive lots of in-game rewards!
Trainers, the Pokemon Home celebration event has officially started in Pokemon Go!
This event will run from November 17 at 8 a.m. local time until November 23 at 10 p.m. local time. During this event, certain Pokemon (like Zubat, Alolan Sandshrew, and Porygon) will appear more frequently than normal in the wild, and you may be able to encounter Shiny Slowpoke and Shiny Meltan. As part of this week-long event, trainers can complete a series of Timed Research tasks in order to receive rewards such as Pidgeot Mega Energy, Poke Balls, and Pokemon encounters.
Here’s what these tasks ask you to do, and the rewards you’ll receive for completing them!
Pokemon Home Event Part 1
Transfer 5 Pokemon – 10 Poke Balls
Use 10 Berries to Help Catch Pokemon – An encounter with Nidoran ♀
Catch 10 Pokemon – 3 Razz Berries
Final Rewards: 20 Pidgeot Mega Energy, 500 Stardust, and an encounter with Slowpoke when all three tasks are finished
Pokemon Home Event Part 2
Evolve 3 Pokemon – 20 Poke Balls
Use 15 Berries to Help Catch Pokemon – An encounter with Nidoran ♂
Catch 20 Pokemon – 3 Pinap Berries
Final Rewards: According to The Silph Road subreddit, you’ll receive 30 Pidgeot Mega Energy, 1,000 Stardust, and an encounter with Ponyta when all three tasks are finished
