Pokemon Go: Niantic, Amazon Prime Gaming Are Giving Away Free Swag During May Community Day

Amazon Prime Student Ambassadors will hand out items at a few universities.

As spotted by PokeMiners, Niantic, the developer of Pokemon Go, announced a partnership with Amazon’s Prime Gaming that will allow Pokemon Go players to collect free “swag” from Amazon Prime Student Ambassadors at a few universities on May 21, 2022 as part of May’s Pokemon Go Community Day event.

On the Pokemon Go website, Niantic shared the locations where the Amazon Prime Student Ambassadors will be found:

  • “Seattle University – Campion Hall Lobby
  • University of California-Davis – UC Davis Memorial Union Quad
  • University of California-Los Angeles – Bruin Plaza, in front of Ackerman Union
  • University of California-San Diego – Middle of Sixth College Lawn (1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. local time)
  • University of California-Santa Cruz – East Field (12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. local time)”

The Ambassadors will hand out “free Pokémon GO and Amazon Prime Gaming swag” from 11 a.m. local time to 2 p.m. local time on May 21. 2022, unless a different time is stated in the list. The items will be available “while supplies last!”
