Here's what these new tasks ask you to do.
Pokemon Go’s latest update allows players to challenge the three Team Go Rocket leaders (Cliff, Sierra, and Arlo) and even take on the boss of Team Go Rocket, Giovanni.
However, before players can challenge Giovanni, they’ll need to collect a new item called the Super Rocket Radar, which can be earned by completing a new series of Special Research tasks called “Looming in the Shadows.”
The Looming in the Shadows quest line contains six different parts, and each one has multiple tasks to complete. Here’s what the quests ask you to do, and the rewards you’ll receive for completing them.
Looming in the Shadows Part 1
Rewards: 500 experience points for completing all three tasks (1,500 experience points total); 500 Stardust, 10 Poke Balls, and 10 Razz Berries when all three tasks are completed
Looming in the Shadows Part 2
Rewards: 750 experience points for completing all three tasks (2.250 experience points total); 1,000 Stardust, 3 Hyper Potions, and 3 Revives when all three tasks are completed
Looming in the Shadows Part 3
Rewards: 1,000 experience points for completing all three tasks (3,000 experience points total); 1,500 Stardust, 15 Great Balls, and 5 Pinap Berries when all three tasks are completed
