June's Community Day event will feature Deino.
As spotted by PokeMiners, Niantic, the developer of Pokemon Go, announced that in-person community meetups will be held during the June 2022 Community Day event on June 25, 2022.
The June 2022 Pokemon Go Community Day event will feature Deino, a Dark- and Dragon-type Pokemon from the fifth generation of the Pokemon universe. You can learn more about this Community Day event in our previous coverage.
The June Community Day meetups will take place in cities around the world. Each meetup is scheduled to last from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. local time on June 25, 2022.
In addition to announcing these Community Day meetups, Niantic also said players in certain cities will receive more items each time they spin the Photo Disc at a PokeStop during the June 2022 Community Day event.
Players can visit Pokemon Go’s website to view a map of the community meetups that are scheduled to take place on June 25, 2022, as well as the cities where players will receive extra items when they spin the Photo Disc at PokeStops during the June 2022 Community Day event.
