Pokemon Go Is Giving Away Free Remote Raid Passes This Fall

Check the store every week!

Earlier this year, Remote Raid Passes were added to Pokemon Go, giving trainers the ability to compete in Raids remotely, without being near the real-world “Gyms” where they’re taking place.

Trainers can use a Remote Raid Pass to participate in any Raid they can see on the game’s Map or Nearby screen. Players can also invite their friends to participate in Raids with them, and the players they invite can participate so long as they have a Remote Raid Pass to spend.

While many Remote Raid Pass bundles have been sold in the Item Shop for 1 PokeCoin each, players can receive totally free Remote Raid Passes this fall as part of a new promotion.

Each Monday from October 5 at 1 p.m. PT until November 30 at 1 p.m. PT, a free Remote Raid Pass will be added to the in-game Shop. Each Raid Pass will only be available for a single week, so you’ll need to make sure to claim them before they leave the store.

Keep in mind, you can only have one or two Remote Raid Passes in your inventory in order to claim a free Remote Raid Pass, since you’re only allowed to hold a maximum of three at once.
