As spotted by Serebii.net, the Master Ball is coming to Pokemon Go. The Master Ball is a special Poke Ball that is guaranteed to catch any Pokemon.
Players will be able to claim a free Master Ball as part of the game’s “Let’s Go” Special Research tasks.
Specifically, players will be able to login to Pokemon Go from May 22, 2023 at 10 a.m. local time until June 1, 2023 at 10 a.m. local time to receive new Special Research tasks. Players will receive one free Master Ball as one of the rewards from these tasks.
While players can only collect a single Master Ball from these Special Research tasks, the Pokemon Go website said there will be additional chances to collect Master Balls in the future.
