Add some flair to your Gifts.

Back in June of 2020, Pokemon Go was updated with a Stickers feature that allows trainers to add stickers to Gifts before sending them to their in-game friends.

You can earn free stickers from the Gifts that you open (among other ways), and now, new premium stickers have also been added to the in-game Item Shop (these are different from the stickers you can collect for free).

Currently, there are six different kinds of stickers available to purchase with PokeCoins, the game’s premium currency. You can check out the six different options in our screenshot below.

These stickers can be purchased in two different quantities. You can buy 10 identical stickers (for instance, 10 of the Marill stickers) for 35 PokeCoins (around 35 cents), or purchase 30 stickers for 80 PokeCoins (around 80 cents).

From there, you’ll have the option to add a sticker to a Gift each time you send one to a friend. To learn how to add stickers to Gifts, check out our guide.

Currently, stickers don’t really do anything in Pokemon Go, except add a bit of extra personality to your Gifts. Players also have varying opinions about the feature, with some players loving stickers, and others wanting them to be removed entirely.

What’s your opinion? Do you like the stickers feature in Pokemon Go? Do you have ideas for how the feature could be improved? Let us know on Twitter at @superparenthq.
