Tyrunt is a unique Pokemon in the world of Pokemon Go, since it has a special evolutionary requirement.
Our guide will teach you how to evolve Tyrunt into Tyrantrum in Pokemon Go!
Pokemon Go players can only evolve Tyrunt into Tyrantrum during the day. If players try to evolve Tyrunt into Tyrantrum at night, the game will tell them they can only evolve Tyrunt during the “daytime” and they won’t be allowed to evolve the Pokemon.
You’ll know when the game considers the time to be “daytime” if you tap a Tyrunt in your collection and you see a green checkmark next to the sun icon to the right of Tyrunt’s “Evolve” button. If you don’t see the checkmark, the game considers it to be “nighttime” and you can’t evolve the Pokemon.
Once the game considers it to be “daytime,” you can evolve Tyrunt into Tyrantrum using 50 Tyrunt Candy.
