It's time to celebrate your in-game friends and your Pokemon buddies.
Trainers, ahead of Pokemon Go Fest on July 25 and July 26, the final weekly Pokemon Go Fest Challenge event has launched in Pokemon Go.
This week’s Challenge runs from July 17 at 8 a.m. local time until July 22 at 10 p.m. local time.
The event has two themes — Summer and Friendship — and as part of this event, you can complete three sets of three Timed Research tasks to earn a variety of in-game rewards.
If one million trainers from each of the game’s three teams (Mystic, Valor, and Instinct) complete these Timed Research tasks before July 22 at 10 p.m. local time, we’ll see Togetic, Dratini, and Litwick appear during Pokemon Go Fest.
Plus, once you complete all three sets of Timed Research tasks, you’ll have the ability to complete three extra “Elite” tasks for even more rewards. However, you won’t need to complete these Elite tasks to unlock appearances by Togetic, Dratini, and Litwick during Go Fest.
Here’s what these “Friendship Challenge” tasks ask you to do, and the prizes you’ll receive for completing them. (To learn more about this week’s “Summer” event, check out our previous coverage.)
Go Fest Friendship Challenge Part 1
Rewards: 1 Razz Berry for completing the first task, 100 Stardust for completing the second task, and 1 Pinap Berry for completing the third task; 100 experience points, 100 Stardust, and 10 Poke Balls when all three tasks are completed
Go Fest Friendship Challenge Part 2
Rewards: 10 Pinap Berries for completing the first task, 10 Razz Berries for completing the second task, and one Rare Candy for completing the third task. According to Eurogamer, you’ll receive 300 experience points, 300 Stardust, and an encounter with Alolan Raichu when all three tasks are completed.

Go Fest Friendship Challenge Part 3
Rewards: 10 Pinap Berries for completing the first task, 5 Razz Berries for completing the second task, and one Rare Candy for completing the third task; one Rare Candy, one Lucky Egg, and an encounter with Petilil when all three tasks are completed.
Go Fest Friendship Challenge Elite Tasks
Rewards: 5 Nanab Berries for completing the first task, 5 Razz Berries for completing the second task, and 5 Pinap Berries for completing the third task; 500 experience points, 500 Stardust, and 5 Razz Berries when all three tasks are completed.
