Pokemon Go Brings Back 1 PokeCoin Bundles

The first bundle contains lots of useful goodies!

In March 2020, Niantic, the developer of Pokemon Go, added the first of many 1 PokeCoin bundles to the game’s item shop. Throughout the Spring, a different item bundle was available for 1 PokeCoin each week, allowing trainers to purchase lots of helpful items, such as Poke Balls and Great Balls, at a great price.

This feature was discontinued in May 2020, but now it’s back!

In a push notification sent to players’ mobile devices, Niantic said, “New 1 PokéCoin bundles will be available in the shop each week as one-time purchases.”

The first bundle is available right now. It contains 15 Razz Berries, 30 Poke Balls, 20 Great Balls, and 20 Pinap Berries.

While this bundle is technically a premium item (since it costs 1 PokeCoin), you can collect free PokeCoins by placing your Pokemon in Gyms to defend them. Even if your Pokemon only remains in a Gym for a few hours, you’ll earn more than enough PokeCoins to afford this bundle (it’s definitely worth buying).

We’ll make sure to let you know what’s inside future 1 PokeCoin bundles, so keep checking back with us!
