Everything you need to know.

Trainers, a new limited-time event is going on now in Pokemon Go!

The All-Hands Rocket Retreat event will run from April 3 at 12 a.m. local time to April 7 at 11:59 p.m. local time.

During this event, Team Go Rocket members will appear more frequently at PokeStops and in balloons. Players will also be able to use a Charged TM to make a Shadow Pokemon forget the move “Frustration.”

Once this event begins, Salandit and Salazzle will be added to Pokemon Go. Players will have the chance to hatch Salandit from 12 km Eggs that are collected after this event begins. Players will be able to use 50 Salandit Candy to evolve female Salandit into Salazzle.

In addition, once this event begins, players will have the chance to encounter different Shadow Pokemon when battling Team Go Rocket.

Plus, Shadow Alolan Rattata, Shadow Alolan Sandshrew, Shadow Alolan Exeggutor, Shadow Sudowoodo, Shadow Girafarig, and Shadow Numel will now be available to encounter.

As part of this event, players will receive a new series of Special Research tasks that will allow them to battle Giovanni and encounter Shadow Latias. Check out our guide for more information about these Special Research tasks.

Players will also be able to complete event-themed Field Research tasks during this event to earn encounters with Sneasel and Scraggy. The Pokemon Go website indicated that Scraggy will be rarer than Sneasel.

Finally, during this event, players will have the option to spend 1,275 PokeCoins on an item bundle in the in-game shop containing 10 Max Potions, 10 Max Revives, and five Rocket Radars.
