Pikmin Bloom May 2022 Community Day: Everything You need to Know

The next Pikmin Bloom Community Day event will take place on Saturday, May 21, 2022.

In a news post on the Pikmin Bloom website, Niantic, the game’s developer, announced the bonuses and features that will be available during May’s Community Day event. Here’s the breakdown:

• Big Flowers will become roses when players plant regular white, yellow, red, or blue petals around them.
• Seedlings in the player’s Planter Pack will grow at 1.5 times the normal speed on Community Day, and this rate will be increased even more if players are planting flowers.
• Players will receive one in-game coin for every 250 flowers they plant on Community Day. Typically, players earn a coin for every 500 flowers they plant. Players can earn a maximum of 60 coins per day.
• Players who walk at least 10,000 steps on May 21 will receive the Rose Flower Badge for their profile.

In addition to announcing details about May’s Community Day event, Niantic announced that, beginning on May 21, players will be able to collect fruits containing rose nectar when they complete in-game challenges. Once this change takes place, players will no longer be able to collect tulip nectar when completing in-game challenges.
