The game was released on other platforms earlier in 2022.
In May 2022, Outright Games released My Little Pony: A Maretime Bay Adventure on Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
Now, the game is about to hit two new consoles: PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. These versions of the game will feature technical improvements when compared to the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions, including better framerates.
In My Little Pony: A Maretime Bay Adventure, players will help Sunny and her friends host the Maretime Bay Day celebration in Equestria. As they progress, players will be able to unlock new abilities for Sunny, as well as dress her up in a variety of accessory items, such as sunglasses and hats.
My Little Pony: A Maretime Bay Adventure also includes multiplayer mini-games for two players.
My Little Pony: A Maretime Bay Adventure will be released on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S on September 30, 2022. If families have already purchased the game on PlayStation 4 or Xbox One, they’ll be able to upgrade to the matching next-gen version at no additional cost.
In other words, players who have purchased the game on PlayStation 4 will be able to receive the PlayStation 5 upgrade at no additional cost, and players who have purchased the Xbox One version will be able to upgrade to the Xbox Series X/S version at no additional cost.
My Little Pony: A Maretime Bay Adventure is rated E for Everyone for the ESRB. The game is currently available for $39.99 on Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, and Stadia.
