Renovate homes in this family-friendly simulation game on PC.

Video game company Frozen District has released House Flipper 2 on PC. The game is the sequel to the original House Flipper video game, which was released in 2018.

House Flipper 2 is a simulation game that allows players to renovate homes across multiple gameplay modes.

The game’s story mode takes players to the town of Pinnacove, where they’ll become a house flipper challenged with completing different renovation jobs to earn money.

Each job will have different tasks for players to complete, like picking up garbage, cleaning stains, and painting walls, among others. Players can complete these tasks using a variety of tools, like cleaning brushes, paint rollers, and a vacuum cleaner, as examples.

While the game’s jobs start out fairly simple, with tasks focusing on things like cleaning stains and clearing garbage from homes, players will eventually unlock more tools and more building abilities as they make their way through the game’s story. As players progress, they’ll  eventually be able to build and tear down walls, hang wallpaper and tiles, and more.

As players complete the same kind of task repeatedly (for instance, cleaning up lots of trash across jobs), they’ll earn points they can spend to improve their abilities when performing those tasks in the future. For instance, one upgrade will allow garbage bags to hold more items than before, so players can pick up more items before needing to open a new bag.

Players can earn up to three stars on each job, depending on their performance. That is, once players have completed “enough” of a job’s requirements, they’ll receive their first star and will have the option to “finish” the job and move on to the next. However, if players stick around and finish all of the work at a house, they’ll earn more stars and more money.

Players can spend the money they earn on building materials, decorations, and other items in the game’s catalog.

In addition to this story mode, House Flipper 2 features a Sandbox mode that allows players to travel to an open area and build whatever they’d like using the game’s items. Players can also create jobs that can be completed at the homes they build and share them with others.

House Flipper 2 is now available on PC game marketplace Steam for $39.99. The game hasn’t been rated by the ESRB, but the game is family-friendly.

Disclosure: SuperParent received a code for House Flipper 2 for coverage purposes.
