New objectives will be available to complete starting October 8.

While many Fortnite players may be looking forward to the start of Season 11, we’ll have to wait just a bit longer for it to begin than we might have originally expected. Season X has been extended by a week, giving players more time to enjoy the game’s Batman crossover event in Battle Royale.

A new Out of Time Overtime Mission will also begin in Battle Royale next week. It will be available from October 8 at 9 a.m. ET until October 13 at 2 p.m. ET. If you complete the tasks in this mission, you’ll receive a variety of rewards, including experience points, cosmetic items, and a loading screen.

Meanwhile, the game’s latest update has added new Meteor-themed content to Fortnite Creative. You now have access to a Meteor Prefab, a Meteor Prop Gallery, a Meteor Core Gallery, and a Meteor Particle Gallery.

Finally, in Fortnite: Save the World, the game’s premium mode, you can help Beat Bot make its way to the Radio Station in a new quest. If you complete it, you’ll receive the “Hit the Road” loading screen for your in-game Locker.

The Surround Pound Hammer has also been added to the Weekly Store in Save the World. It will be available until October 9 at 8 p.m. ET. And next week, the Six Feet Under shovel will return to the Weekly Store. It will be available from October 9 at 8 p.m. ET until October 16 at 8 p.m. ET.
