To celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Pokemon franchise, the Pokemon Center will release a limited edition skateboard designed by skateboard creator Bear Walker.
The 25th anniversary skateboard is made from maple wood, and it features a picture of Pikachu. It will be available for $249.99.
Technically, pre-orders for this skateboard went live on January 19, but the pre-order process was suspended after the Pokemon Center website experienced technical issues. Pre-orders for the skateboard will once again go live on January 21 at “around 1 p.m. PT.”
In 2020, The Pokemon Center released 10 different Bear Walker skateboards as part of its Pokemon Center x Bear Walker collection. These skateboards featured Pokemon such as Gyarados, Mewtwo, and Toxtricity. A Pikachu skateboard was also released in Series 1 of the collection, but it has a different design than the 25th anniversary skateboard.
