This free-to-play mobile game lets littles hang out with Barbie and her friends while sparking their imagination.

Barbie Dreamhouse Adventures is a free-to-play mobile game on iOS and Android devices that’s based on the Netflix animated show of the same name. The game lets kids hang out with Barbie and her friends in Barbie’s huge dream house, where they can cook food, make smoothies, and more.

Barbie’s dream house is split into multiple floors and rooms, each with different activities to complete. For instance, the rooftop deck has an outdoor kitchen and grill where kiddos can chop vegetables and grill burgers before serving them to Barbie and the gang.

Kids can draw on a chalkboard wall, change each character’s outfit by choosing from multiple clothing and accessory items, make popcorn, and much more. Little ones are free to do whatever they want, whenever they want, but Barbie and her friends will also make requests over time that can guide them along.

As players complete activities, they’ll earn heart balloons that fill a meter at the side of the screen. Each time the meter fills up, players will earn a free goodie they can use to redesign the house, such as wallpapers and decorative items.

While Barbie Dreamhouse Adventures is free to play, players only have access to two of the game’s characters, and a limited number of activities at the beginning. Additional characters and content can be unlocked through optional in-app purchases, which range in price from $1.99 to $19.99 each. The $19.99 purchase will unlock everything the game has to offer — all of its characters, pets, and activities.

Barbie Dreamhouse Adventures is available to download for free on iOS and Android devices. The game is recommended for players 4+ on iOS, and is rated E for Everyone on Android. With so many packages available to purchase, make sure you block in-app purchases if you don’t want little ones to accidentally rack up some major charges on your credit card.
