Back in April 2021, Build-A-Bear Workshop launched its Animal Crossing: New Horizons collection with stuffed versions of Isabelle and Tom Nook wearing summer-themed clothing.
Since then, the stuffed toy retailer has expanded its New Horizons collection with versions of Isabelle and Tom Nook wearing winter-themed outfits, and it has also released some general Animal Crossing-themed clothing and accessories that can be worn by other Build-a-Bear plushies.
Now, a third character is being added to Build-A-Bear’s Animal Crossing: New Horizons collection — K.K. Slider! (K.K. Slider is the dog musician who will visit players’ islands in New Horizons for a weekly concert.)
Build-A-Bear’s K.K. Slider plush will be available in two online bundles. Both bundles will contain the K.K. Slider plush, as well as a stuffed guitar for him to hold. The bundles will also include a sound module that will allow the stuffed animal to make noise. One bundle will include the Animal Crossing: New Horizons Opening Theme Music sound module, while the other bundle will include the K.K. Disco sound module.
Build-A-Bear’s K.K. Slider bundles will go on sale on June 10, 2021 at 10 a.m. CT. A virtual waiting room will open at 9:30 a.m. CT. Fans who are in the waiting room by 10 a.m. CT will be randomly placed in line once these bundles actually go on sale. If you head to Build-A-Bear’s website after 10 a.m. CT, you’ll have to join the end of the line.
