Spookify Your Home for Halloween With Family-Friendly Crafts From Nintendo

Add Gooigi and friends to your spooktacular festivities this year.

Halloween is almost here, and while we’ve already shared our recommendations for spooky mobile games, tabletop games, and even jigsaw puzzles that can add some frightful fun to your family’s holiday celebrations, if you’re looking for some arts and crafts activities instead, Nintendo has you covered.

The Play Nintendo website has a variety of fun activities for families and kids to enjoy this Halloween season. Two of them are inspired by the upcoming Switch game Luigi’s Mansion 3, which comes out on October 31.

First, you can print and cut out a Gooigi mask and then add your own ribbon or string so that you can wear it around the house or while trick-or-treating. Googi is Luigi’s friendly helper in Luigi’s Mansion 3, and as you might have guessed from his name, he’s made of goo!

Next, you can print and cut out three jack-o’-lantern face stencils inspired by Luigi’s Mansion 3, including one of Polterpup, the friendly ghost puppy from the Luigi’s Mansion series.

Finally, you can decorate the house with a fun paper chain of Boo, the ghost enemy from the Mario universe. You’ll get two sections of chain (each containing four Boos) on each piece of paper you print, so you can create a pretty long garland with only a few sheets of paper. Or, you can cut out the individual Boos and use them like fun wall decals — all you’d need is a few pieces of tape.

If you’re looking for even more activities (including additional printables, puzzles, and quizzes), head over to the Play Nintendo website.
